[Wolfie in the port of Cadiz, Spain]

We were in Cadiz, Spain and we drove to Arcos de la Frontera, a white village, and then to Granada, a city.

Right now my dad is watching TV. Even if you have cable, you wouldn't reach this channel because it shows a meeting on the ship. Only a few hours until we're in Morocco.

In Spain there were a lot of tourists and cheap but fake flamenco dresses.

They have a really good lemon drink called limon KAS. Spain was great, but it wasn't as exciting as Halifax, Canada (FRED--the Halifax public bus).

In the Alhambra there was a bunch of cool stuff. Here are the pictures.

WOLFIE AROUND THE WORLD (This is a new title)

We are on a ship and are going around the world. I decided to make a blog where I show Wolfie in every country we go to, wearing different clothes made out of paper and holding the flag of that place. Get ready for Wolfie's appearance.

Being on the ship is so awesome because there are so many kids on board and there is a school where you do your homework. The waiters at the cafeteria are REALLY nice!!!!


This is Wolfie in Halifax, Canada.


Although it [Halifax] was more boring than I expected, FRED (which means Free Rides Everywhere Downtown) was a really funny name for a bus. FRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was a place that had statues of mermaids and pirates that were supposed to go on the front of a ship.

Although it wasn't as snowy as it looks in the picture [of Wolfie], that's because my blog entry was a little bit late. But the leaves were starting to fall from the trees when I got there. I will write a bit but, you should look forward to the next port which is in Spain.

Looking Glass Land

This is a play that I'm in.

Looking Glass Land is the sequel to Alice in Wonderland. Here are the crazy lines that are going on:
White king: Hatta, I feel faint. Give me a ham sandwich!

And even crazier:
Hatta: There's nothing but ...hay left (he was running).
White king: Hay, then! There's nothing like eating hay when you are feeling faint. (to Hatta) Good, yes?

Find the Hiding Things

For spring vacation we went to Gubbio and Assisi and Perugia. I found lots of hidden things so I want to share them with you. You might want to click on the pictures to make them bigger to find the animals and other things.

The Trip to the Botanical Garden

I went to the Botanical Garden with my class. We were not able to take photos so when mom came she took pictures of it. Here are some pictures of the botanical garden. It is near my school and house. I had two favorite things: the Japanese garden and the Tree of Life. (Here is a link to a picture of the Japanese Garden).

We were at Emiliano's house for lunch. These are some videos of us being silly after lunch. After being at Emiliano's house we left at night time, can you believe that? [They are VERY short clips -KMA]

The Acropolis & the Beach by the Acropolis

Today we went to an Acropolis [at San Felice Circeo]. It was so fun. I walked on the beach and found a shell. Here is a picture of me holding the shell:

This is Daddy under a sculpture with pretend water coming out [taken in the old quarter of San Felice Circeo-K.A.]. It is actually a garbage can painted and then they put wire on the side and then put blue tissues and chandelier pieces on the wire.
This is a picture of us. In the distance a volcanic lake [Lago Albano, taken from the town of Castel Gandolfo, the Pope's summer residence-K.A.]. We ate pizza in a pizza shop and the man says that the Pope comes in summer and orders the pizza from that place and his favorite is diavolo, in English "Devil Pizza!" The ingredients: cheese pizza with spicy salami. One time it was too spicy, but he said he loved it.

Pompeii

Just like my second post on this blog, we are going to talk about Pompeii. We went there and saw many things and Mom took over 300 pictures there. Can you believe that? I bet its a lot for you. My mom's camera can take over 300 pictures. In 79AD afternoon, Mt. Vesuvius erupted suddenly. Some people were asleep and some were awake. The ones who were asleep were unlucky because they would die any minute. Later, they found those bodies and put them in cases and put them in parts where they found them or they put them in museums. And now they let you see everywhere that they have excavated. But they are still excavating part. It is a huge place to see. Herculaneum also. It is another town like Pompeii and the same way Mt. Vesuvius erupted and some people died there. Here are some pictures of what we saw.

The Silly Opera of the Wedding

Watch closely as the desserts come alive! The white ones who were dressed very good said "No you can't come!" But soon they let them go. Surprise! Watch as they transform.
